Abstract

In order to find essential information for efficiency management of field corn in sole cropping and intercropping patterns, a field experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design arranged in a factorial experiment. The planting patterns consisted of 5 levels, sole cropping of maize (I1), and sole cropping of soybean (I2), Three planting patterns were made, vies, raised bed  single row maize and single row soybean (I3) double row maize and  double row soy bean (I4), a row maize and another row soybean on one double row rebased (I5) and the planting density were made at 55000 (D1), 65000 (D2), 75000 (D3) for maize and 285000, 380000 and 475000 plant ha-1 for soybean. Fix distance of maize, and double soybean was made at 75 cm and the distance between plants in each row in double row planting pattern was 15 cm. Each treatment had six raised beds of 6 meters long. Analyze of variance and mean comparison performed by using SAS software. On one double-row rebased a row maize and another row soybean with 6.986 and 85.38 ton ha-1 respectively, the highest ear and fresh forage production was obtained, and the highest income with amount of 196480000Rls got from this treatment too.
